On Saturday morning, my wife and I popped over to the Slovenian coast, or more precisely to Koper, to run some errands. She had a medical examination scheduled, an abdominal ultrasound. She could have had it done at home, in Ilirska Bistrica, at the public clinic, but only in seven months! You could die before it's your turn! 😵💫
Yes, public healthcare in Slovenia is falling apart and is completely at rock bottom. However, if you have additional insurance, you can get an appointment much faster at a private or concession clinic.
I would have a lot to say about this, but that's not the topic here.
This photo blog is literally a rainbow experience :)
It rained all the time, not heavily, but enough to get you wet if you were outside and didn't have an umbrella.
We went back in the afternoon, it rained the whole time, but the clouds parted in a few places, the sun's rays shone through, and a rainbow appeared :)
I took a few photos while driving.
There's supposed to be treasure at the other end of the rainbow. I'm driving somewhere in that direction.

This one turned out well. This is the only photo I'm really happy with.
