Fiestas are one of the most exciting part in a town because there were many events that were happening during the duration of that day and there were people that will make preparations during fiesta because it was their tradition on making or preparing something on a fiesta.
In our town, there were fiesta but we don't prepare on the day of the fiesta because it's not our tradition to prepare something on that day and only a few or a couple of people that will celebrate on the fiesta of our town but when I went this new town where I work, it hits different about on how they will do on a fiesta on this town.
It differs greatly on how people celebrate their fiesta on the new town that I work on than to the town where I lived before. The preparations of many families across the town are more busier and most of the families will prepare something during the day of the fiesta.
Just like in our company where I work, all I knew that if there's a fiesta, it will be a normal day on the company but when one of our colleagues share his experience about the events on the fiesta in the past few years in our company where we work, he said that our CEO will prepare something for the employees to enjoy during fiesta.
After our work, we went to the our CEO's compound because they prepare something for us, employees, on that day because our CEO's wants to celebrate together with his employees, too.
Our other co-workers also do the preparation on the location that will look like fiesta themed in the place and they also setup the tables, chairs, and food on the corner of the place.
There were many employees that our company had and we were glad that our CEO is a down-to-earth man that he share something not only to other people but also to the employees and I think he has a big heart that also thinks about his employees, too.
I was amazed by how much preparation they made from the place of location and food to the people behind the event and we were glad as an employee to this company where we also celebrate the fiesta in their town because not all of the company were like this to celebrate something together.
When the food is ready and we will lined up for the food to be given to the employees, the CEO's always said that the girls will be the first to line up and then the boys will be next.
The food that they prepare were the chopped lechon, beef caldereta, diced meats, rice, and then this soft drinks. As an employee, I was glad to celebrate this event with my other co-workers and we enjoyed eating the food as we celebrate the fiesta.
I took photos of the co-workers while they were smiling and eating their food in the table. They were also happy of the food that the CEO had prepare for us.
