Greetings ASEAN Hivers, this week's challenge is all about fitness, particularly how you stay fit and the routine you maintain.
🏃 My Fitness Routine 🏋️
👨💻 Week #138 👩💻
December 23rd ➡️ December 31st, 2024Whether you stay fit by working in the fields or doing Cross-Fit in a city gym the results can be similar if you are motivated and dedicated to a fitness routine. Sports, physical work, a daily commute via bicycle or on foot, there are many ways to maintain a fitness routine that don't involve a gym membership, so feel free to approach this challenge in creative ways.
Please share things like where you perform your fitness routines, how, why, and all the other answers to possible questions. Is a healthy diet part of your overall fitness routine? All of these things are relevant and worth mentioning. Of course photos are integral, so showing yourself in action and/or the places and equipment you use to stay fit are nice additions to your post. I look forward to your entries.....
Week #137 ASEAN Hive Challenge Winners
🧑🌾 Farm To Table 🧑🍳
🧑🌾 Farm To Table 🧑🍳
There were several amazing entries in this challenge, and all were of hiqh quality and worth your consideration. Southeast Asians are a resourceful bunch, and I think that is clear within these challenge entries, many of them demonstrating an efficient use of a small space to grow food near the table where it will be consumed.

Today's post is my entry to sir @justinparke community challenge. Farm to table is the most healthiest vegetables and fruits we could ever have. Imagine you babysit a seedling and wait for a couple of months to harvest the fruit of you're hard work. Living in the water world didn't stop us from planting in lands. My aunt was kind that she let us used his vacant place near the road.

They are not rice or corn lover but eating processed wheat, barley and sorghum and millet. And just last week I went to the market to buy fish and I found men processing the sorghum plant new harvest. I was not sure what is the English name of these crop/cereal plants. One, are the red alugbati vegetables or Malabar Spinach I planted in containers. After a month of planting big leaves appeared, I harvested them and make them as salad, raw just mixed with "buwad bolinao" or dried anchovies cooked in oil, chopped red onions and cold tomatoes, small amount of lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Wallah! Instant salad on the table.I am sure you have not tasted this!
