Feliz noche amigos de Be entrepreneur está noche quiero mostrarles un poco el proceso de como preparamos está bandeja que tiene un pequeño arreglo floral, una mini cake, frutas y jugo y es un producto que vamos a comenzar a ofrecer a nuestros clientes. La idea es siempre ofrecer a nuestros clientes diferentes productos y la verdad es que en mis inicios yo hacía esto con una amiga que actualmente se encuentra en España, ella compraba las bandejas de madera y yo hacía las mini cakes y algunos dulces y ella vendía esto en su negocio. Esto lo hacía hace como 8 años luego cuando ella se fue del país deje de hacerlo pero estoy intentando integrar esto al catálogo de ventas y puede ser un producto que le guste a nuestros clientes.
Happy night friends of Be entrepreneur tonight I want to show you a little the process of how we prepare this tray that has a small floral arrangement, a mini cake, fruits and juice and it is a product that we are going to start offering to our customers. The idea is always to offer our clients different products and the truth is that in my beginnings I did this with a friend who is currently in Spain. She bought the wooden trays and I made the mini cakes and some sweets and she sold this in her business. I did this about 8 years ago and then when she left the country I stopped doing it but I am trying to integrate this into the sales catalog and it may be a product that our clients like.
Esa bandeja la debía entregar muy temprano hoy, así que anoche prepare la mezcla de la mini cake.
That tray had to be delivered very early today, so last night I prepared the mini cake mix.
Por otro lado corte el oasis que va en la pequeña caja de madera donde vamos a preparar el arreglo floral. Lo coloque en un recipiente para que se hidratara bien lo cubri con plástico para que no mojara la caja de madera. Esto ayudará a mantener frescas las flores del arreglo que lleva está bandeja.
On the other hand, I cut the oasis that goes in the small wooden box where we are going to prepare the floral arrangement. I placed it in a container so that it would hydrate well and covered it with plastic so that it would not wet the wooden box. This will help keep the flowers in the arrangement on this tray fresh.
La torta una vez estuvo lista la coloque en el pequeño plato dónde va y la dejé reposar bien para luego decorar con merengue italiano.
Once the cake was ready, I placed it on the small plate where it goes and let it rest well before decorating it with Italian meringue.
Aquí ya tenía todo ordenado para empezar a ensamblar está bandeja. Las frutas estaban listas, también le ofrecer a mis clientes un sándwich, ensalada de frutas y algunas galletas. Todo va a depender de lo que quiera el cliente. Una vez que prepare el merengue italiano comencé a decorar la torta. Lo bueno es que la decoración era bastante sencilla. En esta ocasión decore con merengue italiano pero también voy a ofrecer que se puede decorar con crema de mantequilla.
Here I had everything ready to start assembling this tray. The fruits were ready, I also offer my clients a sandwich, fruit salad and some cookies. Everything will depend on what the client wants. Once I prepared the Italian meringue I started decorating the cake. The good thing is that the decoration was quite simple. This time I decorated with Italian meringue but I will also offer that it can be decorated with butter cream.
Luego de decorar la torta comencé a cortar las flores que irían en la torta y las que iba a colocar en el arreglo. Me encanta pues hay muchas combinaciones que podemos hacer ya que hay tanta variedad de flores tan bellas. De verdad deseo que este sea un producto que a mis clientes les guste.
After decorating the cake, I started cutting out the flowers that would go on the cake and the ones I was going to put in the arrangement. I love it because there are so many combinations that we can make since there are so many beautiful flower varieties. I really want this to be a product that my customers like.
Este pequeño Topper también me gustó mucho, pues sencillo pero hermoso. Cuando pueda voy a comprar varios pues son ideales para muchas tortas. La torta en esta ocasión solo iba con merengue italiano blanco, las flores, el Topper y un poco de papel de oro comestible.
I also really liked this little topper, it's simple but beautiful. When I can, I'll buy several because they're ideal for many cakes. This time, the cake only had white Italian meringue, the flowers, the topper and a bit of edible gold paper.
Una vez la torta estuvo lista la pese para que mis clientes tengan una idea de su peso, en esta ocasión peso un poco menos de un kilogramo porque no estaba rellena. Pero cuando la rellenamos pesa un poco más.
Once the cake was ready, I weighed it so that my clients could have an idea of its weight. This time it weighed a little less than a kilogram because it was not filled. But when we filled it, it weighed a little more.
Y el resultado final fue hermoso. Sin lugar a dudas se que a mis clientes le va a gustar. Y además vean a la clienta de hoy una señora de 96 años que disfruto con nuestros productos.
And the end result was beautiful. I know without a doubt that my clients will like it. And also look at today's client, a 96-year-old lady who enjoyed our products.
