For a Slovene with Mexican blood and a penchant for Asian spices, this is a very successful result 😊.
The only thing I would suggest for your next attempt is to cut the vegetables into long, thin strips (julienne). This will greatly reduce the tendency for them to fall out 😉.

Yes, you're right. That's probably the solution. I usually cut it into long, thin pieces if I'm making vegetables with noodles. Now I see I should use this for wraps, too. Thanks for the tip. 👍
