I was introduced here on a post to haleem. It has similar grains, comes in a box mix with a packet of spices that I love. I cook it with beef and top with fried onions, but I bet it would be tasty with vegetables too. Thanks for the idea!

        Yes, it could be a lot of combinations. When there are more home-grown vegetables in summer, it will undoubtedly be better. 😋
