This recipe for scrambled vegetables with eggs runs in the family. My mom taught me how to make it. It's healthy, light and, above all, easy to make.

- 2 medium potatoes
2 papas medianas
- 3 slices of pumpkin
3 rodajas de zapallo
- 1 onion
1 cebolla
- 1 carrot
1 zanahoria
- 1 clove of garlic
1 diente de ajo
- Eggs (2 or as many as you like)

Preparation/Preparación:
1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Then cut it into small squares, as shown in the picture.

3. Cook everything until the vegetables are soft.
