Namaste to all food lovers!
Believe me I always try to create a proper recipe blog but in my excitement of making delicious food I forget to take pictures of various parts of the process, and the same happened this time too! :D

Just 2 days ago I told you the story of meeting ghost peppers, one of the hottest peppers in the world. Now after bringing it home I was excited to use it in some dish. So yesterday evening I prepared fried rice for dinner and usually half of this ghost pepper is enough to make a meal spicy but I wanted the ghost vibes of this pepper along with the flavor so I chopped 2 ghost peppers along with cabbage, cauliflower, red and yellow bell peppers, onion, and some garlic.

First of all I heated oil in a pan and added onion, then after a minute I added chopped garlic and after another minute I added cauliflower and sauteed it well on medium flame.

I added cauliflower before the other veggies because it takes comparatively a little more time to cook. Then after about 3 to 5 minutes, I added the rest of the veggies into it and kept stirring after mixing them all well.

Remember, it is important to keep stirring this mixture of vegetables because this will ensure that they remain cooked and do not burn.

After about 2 to 3 minutes, add salt as per taste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and Ajinomoto to these vegetables keeping in mind the pungency of ghost pepper and then again stir it well for the next 3 minutes.

I had already boiled and strained the rice separately, and now it was just time to mix everything well.

So I added the rice to the pan and mixed it all well and then added some vinegar and mixed it for another minute and turned off the gas.

And here my ghost fried rice is ready!
The ghost pepper had brought a slight change in the colour of the fried rice, and the heat in its smell was so strong that you could feel it deep inside your nose. And how can I praise the taste, no doubt it was very spicy, but at the same time very flavourful and appetizing. I liked this pepper so much that I am going to make a paste of it, which will be easy to use and store, and I will search to buy more again. 🌶️😋

I hope you enjoyed my tasty ghosty blog!😋
