How big were the instruments? It's hard to imagine the size of them... As if they are smaller than 10-15 cm, carving wood in that size is very hard!

Oh, please, how cuteee!! I was a great Pokemon Go player, hehe. The games for the console caught me a little older but when that version came out for the mobile it gave me countless hours of play and foot pain walking from one place to another to get them all. 😂 For me Oddish was a radish, and now in a quick query on Google I have found that some think it was inspired by the mandrake... so your onion option seems just as valid as the rest, hehe.
