Hello everyone, this is the first time I am posting in Ladies Of Hive and I hope that I will be received with positive energy.
I have believed that this is an amazing community where women from across the world come and share their thoughts and feelings. Be it about motherhood or womanhood.
I am a new member here and I want to learn and grow as much as I can. So coming to the contest and prompt, I would like to shed some light on the question that is asked: if I want to change something about myself, be it character or physical or anything - any one thing that I want to change.
So, to begin with, I am not a perfect human being. There are so many flaws in me, and I need to work on myself in so many departments and aspects of my life.
One of the things that I want to change in myself is how I overthink every situation. Since my childhood, I have been an overthinker, and I overthink almost everything - every positive thing or negative thing, any change in my life, be it a small change or a major change.
I overthink and jump to conclusions. This never allows me to enjoy my life to the fullest and live the smallest moments and be joyful all the time. I want to change that.
I want to be a little more careful and a lot more careless, carefree. I just want to be the person who is living in the moment, for at least once, and be less cautious about the consequences of my actions. I just want to live life to the fullest.
But this behavioral pattern, where I overthink and jump to conclusions, is not allowing me to live life to the fullest. This is something that I really need to work on, and I hope that I will be able to improve in this domain of my life.
Other than that, there are so many things that I need to work on, but for now, this is one thing that I believe needs to be addressed.
