THIS IS MY PARTICIPATION IN THE VEGAN MINI CONTEST,
I like to eat it raw, mixed with carrots
I wash the cabbage very well, I chop it very small and I grate the carrots, after I remove the peel, I mix them, I add oil, salt and vinegar, lemon juice and that's it.
I also like to eat it cooked.
I separate the leaves, I wash them very well, I chop them into strips, and also, I chop bell pepper into strips, zucchini chopped into strips, I cut both ends, carrots chopped into very thin julienne strips and I put them to cook in a little water, I add salt, garlic, onion, scallion, chili, when it is well cooked I drain it and I put a little oil.
To detoxify you can consume cabbage juice on an empty stomach, separate the leaves, wash them very well, blend and strain.
