You know, when I see the abandoned buildings you present, my first thought is the insane price of real estate here to the point of it being prohibitively expensive for normal people to even enter the market. How anyone could let that value slide and not do something with it is beyond me.

This one looks like there have been small initial attempts to clear it out and use the foundation as something to build upon. Then they give up. Any idea how much it sold for?

Anyhow, another fallen educational facility and this time is looks like they should just flatten and build a new building there for what little of value is left. Someone with a bulldozer and construction permits and teams should pick this up for pennies on the dollar. Or is that shillings on the pound?
