Beach, sun and sand, how much do we like to be like this? I imagine that many; the beach days are those days where you renew yourself, the sun gives you energy and you don't feel the heat, because between the sea water and the sun you feel refreshed, I like to enjoy the morning sun because it does not hurt the skin as much, although it is strong, it is not as strong as the one at 12m, 1, 2 and 3 pm, I think these are the strongest hours to enjoy the beach.

One of the things I do not forget is to take my sunscreen because the skin is delicate and we must take care of it, because with a lot of sun also the skin tends to age, crack and may have conditions, so we must always use our protection, here came out my cosmiatrist side.

But I have always used to have my sunscreen and take it for those days of sun and beach, I took advantage of the morning sun and took some pictures in the sea, I liked many pictures I took under the pier looks very nice, my husband and I walked a long time on the beach and we could take advantage of taking several pictures and I even lay down in one of those awnings with beds of the hotel and I think they are very comfortable to spend a full day at sea and even at night, it's really spectacular 👌.

These times with the family fill me with life and energy, I feel that the kids are growing very fast, soon they will graduate and get married, I have to make the most of them, time passes very fast, in fact my husband and I were talking that now there are four of us in the outings, soon there will be 5 or 6, that we need a bigger car, and I tell him that later there will be four of them and maybe they will not invite us hehehehe, it usually happens.

It is impossible not to think about the future seeing how we are changing so fast, but while all that happens I enjoy my family to the fullest, the most beautiful gift that God has given me; here I share with you some pictures of my day at the beach, sun and sand with my family.

Playa, sol y arena, a cuánto nos gusta estar así? imagino que muchos; los días de playa son esos días donde te renuevas, el sol te da energía y no sientes el calor, ya que entre el agua del mar y el sol más bien sientes te refresca, me gusta disfrutar del sol de la mañana ya que este no hace tanto daño a la piel, aunque es fuerte, no es tanto como el de las 12m, 1, 2 y 3 pm, creo que estas son las horas más fuertes para disfrutar de la playa.

Una de las cosas que no olvido es llevar mi protector solar ya que la piel es delicada y debemos cuidarla, pues con mucho sol también la piel suele envejecerse, cuartearse y puede tener afecciones, por ello siempre debemos usar nuestra protección, aqui salió mi lado cosmiatra.

Pero siempre he acostumbrado a tener mi protector solar y llevarlo para esos días de sol y playa, aproveché El Sol de la mañana y tomé algunas fotografías en el mar, me gustaron muchas fotos que tomé bajo el muelle se ve muy bonitas, mi esposo y yo caminamos un largo rato en la playa y pudimos aprovechar de tomar varias fotografías y hasta me acosté en uno de esos toldos con camas del hotel y me parece que son muy cómodos para pasar un día completo en el mar y hasta la noche , es realmente espectacular 👌.

Estos tiempos con la familia me llenan de vida y energía, siento que los chicos crecen muy rápido, ya pronto se gradúan y se casan, tengo que aprovecharlos al máximo, el tiempo pasa muy rápido, de hecho me esposo y yo hablábamos que ahora somos cuatro en las salidas, pronto serán 5 o 6, que necesitamos un carro más grande, y yo le digo a él después serán ellos cuatro y quizás no nos inviten jejeje, suele suceder.

Es imposible no pensar en el futuro al ver como vamos cambiando tan rápido, pero mientras todo eso pasa me disfruto al máximo a mi familia, el regalo más hermoso que Dios me ha dado; aquí les comparto algunas fotos de mi día de playa, sol y arena en familia.
