Your residential RE4 poster is back. But no guns action, or anything that has to do with Leon thrown in. I am going to show what true horror is like without the means to arms yourself. Running in the game as Ashley instead.
Right after becoming separated from Leon, Ashley has to navigate in dark corridors of a hidden library. Passing through knight armor that doesn't have any sinister plans to awaken and tear havoc. Yeah, fat chance of that not happening. But I do find some interesting treasures here and there while carrying her trust lamp.
Yeah, the lighting kind of messed with my head a bit. Just shining the lamp on a direction helps illuminate the darker areas. But I miss awareness on my sides.
Yeah, up ahead is a clothed knight armor stand. You know where this leads to. Typical RE4.
There was a hidden pathway through a bunch of books, only way to open it was placing the lamp on a key stand. Great, this girl's anxiety problems are only revving up from here. She is literally walking exposed and vulnerable to every creep crawlies here.
Oh no, let's climb the stairs. It hasn't been isolating enough, creepy with such darkness, surprises lurking about. The lamp is unlike any normal lamp, this one's very special. Puts a nice shine to the stairway, so I thought this shot would help.
Keys have been found, so far nothing has happened. But the atmosphere gets thicker.
Now, this is where we've reached the turning point. Also, there are areas with boxes for jewelry. So with this, it should be easier to open, and retrieve the stuff before making a run for it. You'll soon find out what I mean by that.
This bundle of Kinder Joy surprise decided to pick a good spot after I finally got my treasure. I did not want to be 10 feet near these things so of course, I made Ashley run for it. Sprinting to an elevator, after retrieving a sigil needed to unlock it with that key.
Finally met up with Leon, but the gate is blocked. Obviously needs a sigil plaque in order to open and reach him. Found the typewriter, and more treasure boxes to open. On we go.
Poor Ashley, if she wants to have a mental breakdown, I'd understand. This clown show just doesn't end. Meanwhile Leon is still shooting a bunch of cultists and having his fun. I miss that, now I am stuck with the damsel, screaming in insanity.
