I'm hoping you will be able to end the year without any of this crap, and start over fresh. What a shit show all these vax things :(

My back was good today thankfully, but as with you, things keep taking turns lol. One day the back is shit, the other day I get these huge headaches. This time it's hormonal though, same shit most months.

Going to get rid of all these spare change coins on my desk now to get some order and get back to that in a few days. Before you know it you're down the rabbit hole browsing endlessly for info, lol. You probably know the drill :)

How's Sunday treating you so far? I'm still sore, getting up out of bed was a horrendous... Once things the hip warmed up a little I could move better without cursing. It's one of the most painful things I've ever had and that's saying something. Damn COVID vaccine...

Anyway, how has your day been? Back and neck OK?

Sounds horrible! Hip pains suck even without extreme issues added to them, I know that. Sorry that this is how you started your last day of 2023 :(

Hopefully, tomorrow things are better! Are you staying at home tonight?

My day has been weird, there is a water issue here meaning we can't use the water for consumption (we never do only coffee normally) or cooking as it's contaminated. We had to rush to get water before the masses found out. No rush was needed as the municipality didn't even bother to make sure all people know, what a shit show!

Another day of bad headache earlier, listened to some subs for headaches and it's fine now. Trying to motivate myself to get in the kitchen as I planned on making a cake with merengue but I can't get myself to do it yet, lol.

That's horrible, contaminated water and they don't bother to tell everyone? Welcome to Spain.... Glad you got some water while the getting was good!

Hip sucks so I think I'll spend most of the day on the couch and taking Ibuprofen, may need to resort to Prednisone again. I wish I were 25 again....

Glad the headache has improved. Cake with merengue sounds yummy, but a lot of work to make it. If you get the energy why not? They always taste great! I'm not going anywhere tonight especially with this stupid joint hurting. I may just go to bed early, New Years is overrated anyways unless you're someplace fun like Las Vegas! What are your plans? Twelve grapes at midnight ( since you're in Spain?)

Nope, from what I see in the comments, some still don't know. I'm happy my friend pointed it out when it was posted but I feel bad for the elderly / lonely people who have no internet or social.

Oh hopefully you don't need to get back to prednisone. Did I say my little one also has a syrup with that since 5 days? I wonder if the 5 days were good enough, she's still coughing and no doc until Tuesday so I wonder should I just continue until Tuesday seeing a doc or stop and see how it goes.

The main reason I want to make it is because I have liquid egg whites that need to be used today lol. Last minute stress to finish it lol.

NYE is defo overrated, I never liked it the last years as I had a traumatic experience the last NYE in Holland. I may end up being all freaked out hearing the bangs tonight. Let's hope I won't though.

Haha I forgot about the twelve grapes actually, we spoke about it a few weeks ago and now I forgot after all. I think we will just put some toast and dips on the table and watch tv and listen some music. Discuss 2023 and the new year :)
