Yes all of us are gonna be billionaires in a few from our hard work and luck or at least that is the dream and honestly it is not a bad one It is certain that luck would shine at some given point in time but then there has got to be something for the luck to shine upon.
Luck does not land on empty ground
Can you imagine or take a seed for an example When you bury a seed it still needs the sun to shine on it for it to decay first and then grow into the beautiful flowers we later admire, So yeah hard work and luck go together hand in hand like seeds and sunlight One without the other does almost nothing
People like to argue whether success is luck or hard work but that argument misses the point You cannot be lucky without showing up and you cannot grow without patience. You may work hard for years without results but when luck finally comes it only multiplies what already exists If there is nothing there luck has nothing to touch
That is why preparation matters even when the reward feels delayed
Now the other side of the conversation is more complicated and honestly a bit crazy but still a yes depending on the context and clarity It depends on where the wealth is coming from and who owns it.
Government wealth should not be used to secure the future of personal generations.
That money belongs to the people and should serve the people But individual wealth is different If a person earns a living through business creativity or risk taking that wealth can be transferred to another generation even while the majority of the population is struggling to pay bills
That situation may feel unfair but it is also normal and natural There will always be poor and rich societies have always worked that way The problem is not that rich people exist The problem is when systems are broken and opportunities are blocked If it were in my court maybe if i were Musk I could slash my wealth to help poor people pay bills but that is still a personal choice. We cannot force generosity
Life is unpredictable and very unsyntaxed Things do not move in straight lines People rise people fall and power shifts If the rich decide to help the poor that is kindness not obligation Wealth does not come with automatic guilt It comes with choice And how that choice is used says more about the person than the money itself
