¡Hola queridos amigos! ¿Como han estado? Espero de corazón que muy bien, gozando de buena salud y mucha prosperidad, por mi parte me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, contenta de mostrarles un poco de lo que fue una linda tarde de planificación, ideas y risas, pues @rlathulerie y yo habíamos planeado en Semana Santa reunirnos para dialogar sobre algo muy importante, para ello habíamos decidido hacer este encuentro en la Plaza de la Asunción, específicamente plaza Bolívar en Casa Jardín, un lugar muy lindo, colonial y pintoresco, perfecto para planificar y hablar cosas geniales sobre Hive.

I hope very well, enjoying good health and prosperity, for my part I feel excellent thanks to God, happy to show you a little of what was a nice afternoon of planning, ideas and laughter, because @rlathulerie and I had planned to meet at Easter to talk about something very important, for this we had decided to make this meeting in the Plaza de la Asunción, specifically Bolivar Square in Casa Jardín, a very nice place, colonial and picturesque, perfect for planning and talking great things about Hive.

Mientras esperaba a Rosa pude disfrutar un poco de como lucia la plaza, particularmente ese día estaba muy linda, la iluminación perfecta, lo cual hacía resaltar las partes más lindas de ella, así que no pude evitar tomar una o varias fotos jaja, también me gustaba como lucia mi pulsera de Hive junto a mi brazalete de paracord ❤️.

While I was waiting for Rosa I could enjoy a little of how the square looked, particularly that day it was very beautiful, the lighting was perfect, which made the most beautiful parts of it stand out, so I couldn't avoid taking one or several pictures haha, I also liked how my Hive bracelet looked next to my paracord bracelet ❤️.

Dato curioso: Cuando llegue a la Isla, la única hiver que me contacto para un Meet Up fue Rosa, cuando hicimos ese primer encuentro, ella me expresó sus ganas de crear Hive Margarita, pues lo había intentado por muchos meses y no tuvo resultados, así que yo me uní a su causa, y desde entonces, juntas, hemos logrado cosas geniales.. 🌴❤️

Como les mencione nos reunimos para planificar y concretar puntos importantes del proyecto, pues como @rlathulerie menciono en su post de este encuentro, reunir al grupo que tenemos hoy en día en la Isla y capacitar a nuevos usuarios ha sido un reto y al mismo tiempo un trabajo que disfrutamos bastante, la palabra “planificar” se ha vuelto literalmente nuestro día a día, por ello consideramos necesario el hecho de salir un rato, visitar un lugar, disfrutar del ambiente y por supuesto seguir planificando jajaja, aunque sea difícil porque vivimos muy lejos una de la otra, siempre encontramos la forma de vernos y lograr objetivos, poco a poco, pero dando pasos firmes🔥.

Interesting fact: When I arrived on the island, the only hiver who contacted me for a Meet Up was Rosa, when we had that first meeting, she expressed to me her desire to create Hive Margarita, because she had been trying for many months and had no results, so I joined her cause, and since then, together, we have achieved great things.... 🌴❤️

As I mentioned, we met to plan and specify important points of the project, because as @rlathulerie mentioned in her post of this meeting, gathering the group that we have today on the island and training new users has been a challenge and at the same time a job that we enjoy a lot, the word "planning" has literally become our day to day, that's why we consider necessary to go out for a while, visit a place, enjoy the environment and of course keep planning hahaha, although it is difficult because we live far away from each other, we always find a way to see each other and achieve goals, little by little, but taking firm steps🔥.

Entre un rico shawarma y un horrible mocaccino (luce genial, pero no estaba bueno por desgracia 😭), nos dispusimos a conversar sobre los próximos temas a tratar con el equipo, en pro de su crecimiento y habilidades, pero lo más importante de este encuentro fue trabajar en la misión, visión y objetivo de Hive Margarita de manera oficial, algo fundamental para poder guiar este proyecto por el buen camino, un camino que toma trabajo, esfuerzo y responsabilidad, pero tenemos disposición, de hacer esto algo muy bonito, no solo nosotras sino también todo un equipo.

Between a delicious shawarma and a horrible mocaccino (it looks great, but it was not good unfortunately 😭), we got ready to talk about the next topics to discuss with the team, for their growth and skills, but the most important thing of this meeting was to work on the mission, vision and objective of Hive Margarita officially, something fundamental to guide this project on the right path, a path that takes work, effort and responsibility, but we are willing, to make this something very nice, not only us but also a whole team.
