To try to answer (now that it is more or less clear what has happened).
I don't know if the European elections are a harbinger of the American elections. Still, I am sure that people (both here and in America) have had enough of what the decision-makers (the elected) are throwing at them. But I am also not sure that people know what they are deciding.
Otherwise, nothing has changed. It seems Ursula still firmly controls the majority. This means that the radicalization of the poles (left and right) will continue even stronger, and I'm not sure that's a good thing.
