There's really a lot of bad neighbors out there, we also have them, but everything at peace now. At peace but we're still not giving a glance to each other. And regarding that neighbor with pet, why they can't be responsible. Why not clean the mess their pet created and be a responsible owner. It's easy to just pick them and throw them somewhere or why not just flash it on their own toilet right. Aigooo.
