Today I went back to pick up my cousin from school because my uncle had some work to do so he told me to pick up his son from school, and when I wanted to pick up my cousin suddenly my grandfather told me to buy fish at the fish auction in Peudada. Peudada itself is a sub-district in Bireuen district, Aceh province. I immediately followed my grandfather's orders and started this journey.
This afternoon the weather was also a bit cloudy which made the atmosphere very cold and I left the house to pick up my cousin at 04.30 pm, because my younger cousin came home from school at 05.00 pm, but it was okay because I wanted to enjoy the beauty of nature first. When I arrived in front of the school building I had to wait about 10 minutes until finally the last hour at school ended.
After picking up my cousin at school, we immediately went for a walk to a very beautiful place and that place was also a parking place for every fishing boat there, and that place was a very large fish auction place in my area, and that place was called PPI Peudada, PPI itself means fish landing base, in that place there were many large ships that stopped there so there were lots of fish there.
However, while on the way, my cousin suddenly asked me to buy him green tea, green tea itself is sold a lot in my area because now it's green tea season, I obeyed my cousin's request and looked for a place that sells tea. green tea, after finding it I immediately stopped and bought green tea for my cousin's day.
After we finished buying the green tea drink, we immediately turned the motorbike around and started to continue our journey to TPI, besides being a place for fish auctions, this place also holds a lot of natural beauty such as the charm of a very wide river which is also an estuary for fishing boats to enter and exit, in this place there are many activities of residents such as fishermen who are looking for fish and some are selling fish and it is a favorite place for anglers, of course it is a truly extraordinary place to spend the afternoon.
As soon as I saw the entrance gate, I immediately remembered a very pleasant past, namely when I was in 3rd grade of elementary school, my mother often took me to that place to buy fish, but what was very pleasant was that after buying the fish I asked my mother's permission to play in the water on the edge of the river and my mother always allowed me to play on the edge of the river and under her supervision too, it was truly a very beautiful moment and I cannot forget it until now.
From the gate, it only took me about 8 minutes to get to the place by motorbike because the distance from the highway to the fish auction place was not too far. My cousin and I immediately went first to a park available there which is a favorite place for people to do many activities such as playing ball and fishing on the riverbank.
My cousin and I had time to sit on the rocks on the edge of the river to enjoy the beauty of nature for a moment and while enjoying the fresh drinks that we had bought earlier, the weather today was also not too hot and made the atmosphere cooler and calmer, my little cousin really enjoyed these beautiful moments, especially he was very happy with me because I often took him for a walk when I came home from school. One day he will definitely remember these beautiful moments like I remember the moments when my mother often took me when I was little.
After my cousin finished drinking green tea, we immediately rushed to the fish auction place to buy fresh fish there.
Arriving at the fish auction place, I took several pictures showing the activities of the residents there, there were lots of people doing activities such as buying and selling fish there which made the atmosphere lively.
Actually, I also had time to take some pictures showing the activities of the residents in detail there, but there was an incident that made me a little traumatized, namely someone hit my shoulder and scolded me and forbade me from taking some pictures in that place, it looked very unpleasant and made me very angry, but there is no point in us serving people who have selfish and crazy natures like that, because if we serve crazy people then we ourselves will go crazy.
Rather than making a bigger problem, I immediately put away my phone and started to buy some fish there to take home, but at that time I was very angry because my shoulder hurt when that person hit me, whether that person had a disorder or not I don't know, but what is certain is that it was a very dirty and disgusting thing.
However, I had the chance to ask several people there about the person who hit my shoulder, and according to the confessions of several people I had asked, the person who hit me did have a disorder and emotions that he could not control, if he was having problems then he would definitely take it out on other people, hearing that statement I became very angry with that person, and it also had an impact on my cousin who started crying and was afraid of the incident.From the incident that I experienced today, it is certainly a very valuable lesson for everyone to always be careful wherever we are, because we do not know other people's intentions towards us.
However, because I was already near some good people, I dared to take some pictures showing the natural beauty of the place, the beauty of the wide river and several fishing boats in the river.
In this place, it can be said that every day it will be crowded with visitors because this is one of the largest fish auction places in my area, and the river is also one of the favorite places for anglers to do their activities on the river, such as the experience I had a few years ago when I was fishing in this river at night, and I got maximum results in the form of several large fish.
After taking some pictures showing the beauty of the river, and it was getting dark, we immediately decided to go home. Those are some pictures showing my journey on this very happy Wednesday.
