When I visited the Langsa City Protected Forest a few days ago, right in front of the entrance gate, I came across a truly fascinating sight,there were so many people who had come to the area to engage in various activities and exercise.
However, this place gets crowded in the afternoon, starting at 4:00 p.m. From the number of vehicles parked there, we can already imagine how many people come here,most of them come to exercise, such as going for an evening run.
This is the entrance to the Langsa City Protected Forest, and many people choose to park their motorcycles on the side of the road, but don’t worry,the road is wide enough that it doesn’t interfere with traffic.
The weather that day was also absolutely perfect—not too cloudy and not too sunny. Seeing this scenery made me want to go for an evening run there too, but unfortunately, I didn’t have my running gear with me at the time, I was just wearing sandals.
I don’t know much about this place, but they chose to run toward the village road,it’s fairly wide and in good condition, and since it’s not too crowded, it makes for a great spot for an evening run.
Out of curiosity, I decided to follow them to see where they were running that afternoon. It turned out to be quite a distance, but it depends on how far each of us is able to run. I tried to capture this exciting moment from my motorcycle, and I really want to try .
Maybe next time I’ll come back to this place and go for a run there. An evening run has many health benefits, it helps improve fitness and endurance, and burns calories. Plus, this place is still very scenic, so we can enjoy the refreshing natural surroundings while run.
