Hello and Namaste Everyone
Today it is 15th August and it is Independence Day in India. I wish you all a happy Independence Day. If you are India then I'm sure you must be celebrating the day the way you want because it is the day to celebrate freedom which is priceless.
Apart from that today is LPUD which is known as Leo Power Up Day and it is a community event. On this date, we power up Leo tokens every month as loud is celebrated on the 15th of every month. I have also been participating for a long time in this event, so here to do my part. I try to power up whatever is possible for me on this date without any miss and this is how I am trying to grow my low power stake. Bigger power means I'm also ready for a more valuable wallet with higher curation or delegation rewards.
I have participated every month this year and below is the list of badges I have received you can also see the timer for the event.
I have powered up my account with 108 Leo tokens and I know each amount matters. This time my power up is slightly low as compared to what I normally do but it's fine because every month I just can't keep it higher as sometimes things don't work the way I want. As long as I'm able to participate makes a difference and I'm happy that I'm participating without any gap so it's all good for me.
The power-up is successful as you can see in the snapshot for the successful power-up transaction. These days the price of Leo is low and I think it is currently approximately $0.03 but I am sure it will grow in the next market cycle so we should be trying to grow the holding as much as possible this time. This is the reason why I am trying to do the same and building the holding for the long term.
I expect a lot of people to participate in this event and I can see a lot of posts about this event today which is good but together we can make this day even bigger and better. As I already mentioned it is a community event so together we need to power up as much as possible on this day to contribute towards the platform and also make this day even more successful. It is also important that this time the Crypto market is bearish so we need to do more power-ups and grow the holding this time so that we can be ready for the future or maybe after the next few years the value will be nice.
Once again I'm very happy that I participated in the event and powered up whatever was possible for me so now the countdown for the next event will be on for me which will happen after a month. I'm just growing my leo power with a long-term mindset and I don't know when I'm going to book some profit because I'm not planning to do this for the next few years and it is also because I believe in the long-term profitability will be higher.
