Hello, folks! How's life in Splinterlands with the arrival of the new Conclave Arcana cards? I've only opened 14 packs (3 of them starter), so not many cards yet, but that Earth Archon Elf stood out in my collection so far. But we will have this conversation in the post for the Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge.
Today is the day for the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, space reserved on this humble profile for epic battles with the fantastic units of Splinterlands, preferably the brawls, which is where I usually have fun (leaving the wild ranked for xbot to enjoy ��).
The star of the week here is Merdaali Guardian, tank healer of the Water element:
Mine is a humble level 1, which I won in some Chaos Legion pack, but it's enough because it's a cheap and very useful card. Although it doesn’t have damage, nothing that Weapons Training can't solve, right?
In this match, our Merdaali Guardian will be trained by Moxian Rebel, always available trainer:
Since there are only 28 mana points, a reasonable number without exaggeration, we can expect some tougher and other medium cards.
As our star is a tank healer, our other star will be the frontline, with the unbeatable Commander Slade and his enfeeble. The match has the Briar Patch rule, distributing Thorns to everyone, so he will be the only melee unit in our team. Behind him - believing in an opponent's Sniper - the martyr Venari Marksrat, followed by** Ujurak Elder**. If this combo works, it will be beautiful... In the backline, we have the Moxian Rebel, training our Merdaali Guardian, and Assassin Naga at the backline. We pray that there are no sneakers on the opponent's side, which could ruin our strategy...
Our summoner (now archon?) is Quix the Devious.
@lovewildlife (loved the nickname) also came with Quix the Devious, but with the Death element. Pelacor Deceiver in the frontline was an excellent choice, the flying of the unit can guarantee resistance to the opponent's frontline. Also avoiding other melee units so as not to be a victim of thorns, follow Dark Arborest reducing the attack of my Commander Slade by 1 point, Venari Bonesmith waiting to gain Health with his Life Leach, the gladiator Liza Fox - star of the opponent's team - and a harmless Riftwing in the backline.
No sneakers, no snipers, our main strategy - General Slade immortal - will work, but we will not get the malicious buff. Ok. I believe in our team.
Activated Abilities
Debuffs distributed, we remained the same in attack speed, the opponent's -1 ranged doesn’t affect us, but the opponent's gladiator is affected by ours, staying with "mere" 3 damage. Our commander is affected by the arborist, but its value is more for Health than the sword.

Pelacor Deceiver didn't resist the first round, despite some aerial misses. Our commander remains intact on the frontline, full Health, resisting attacks while the troop attacks. Our strategy seems to be working well, and the perspective is to weaken the opponent's team with successive kills, and maintain our entire team.
At the beginning of round 3, it's already six against three, soon the gladiator archer will face commander Slade, with no chance of hitting him, and riftwing is in the arena only whimpering, disturbing but offering no risk to our units.

Analyzing my track record in the guild, I am in 5th place on average in the most recent 10 brawls:
And in 8th place in the last 34. A sign that I am progressing well within the Guild, after being demoted from Silver to Adept ��. I like the simplicity of the league and the madness of the Wild, where anything can happen and the cards have no age...

Debuffs distribuídos, ficamos na mesma na velocidade de ataque, o -1 ranged adversário não nos afeta, mas a gladiadora adversária é afetada pelo nosso, ficando com "meros" 3 de dano. Nosso comandante é afetado pela arborista, mas o seu valor é mais pela Saúde do que pela espada.
Estamos prontos para a batalha!
Pelacor Deceiver não resistiu ao primeiro round, apesar de algumas desviadas aéreas. Nosso comandante segue intacto na frontline, Saúde total, resistindo aos ataques enquanto a tropa ataca. Nossa estratégia está dando supor certo, e a perspectiva é de enfraquecimento do time adversário com abates sucessivos, e manutenção de toda a nossa equipe.
No início do round 3 já são seis contra três, em breve a gladiadora arqueira vai ficar frente à frente com commander Slade, sem chance de alvejá-lo, e riftwing está na arena apenas aos guinchos, perturbando mas sem oferecer o menor risco às nossas unidades.

E em 8º nas últimas 34. Sinal que estou progredindo bem dentro da Guilda, depois que me rebaixaram da Silver pra Adept 👶. Gosto da simplicidade da liga e da insanidade do Wild, onde tudo pode acontecer e as cartas não tem idade...
