As the afternoon approached, we and some friends decided to stop by a fairly famous satay stall, namely Sate Apaleh Geurugok. From the outside, the building with a clear sign looked crowded, but the atmosphere remained friendly and inviting.
As soon as we entered, we saw the neatly arranged area inside the stall with bright orange chairs and tables. Several visitors were busy chatting while waiting for their orders. The distinctive aroma of grilled meat from the grill area made our stomachs even more impatient.
It didn't take long for our order to arrive. A plate of beef satay with shiny and perfectly cooked spices was ready to be eaten. Served with warm rice and a bowl of savory soup, it made our appetite even greater. There was also chili sauce and other accompaniments, making the taste even more complete and rich.
To quench our thirst, we ordered fresh shaved cucumber ice, served in tall glasses. The taste was sweet and cold, very suitable to balance the savory and spicy taste of the satay we ate.
When all the dishes were finished, we sat for a while, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and sharing stories while enjoying the last drops of fresh drinks. A dining experience that not only pampered the tongue, but also brought a warm togetherness for all of us.
