Hello everyone! It has been several days since I last wrote, but time flies. We are in Holy Week, and life is going a thousand miles an hour. I hope we can take a break from work to relax a bit, although it seems that won’t happen. Thank God, I have been selling some ice cream packs that keep me busy with deliveries and daily production. Instead of enjoying, we are working, but there is time for everything in this life. The moment for vacation will come.
It’s also important to try to reduce unnecessary expenses. Lately, we have spent a lot on things that ultimately don’t make sense, haha! Except for delicious chocolate, that’s non-negotiable. But let’s not change the subject. The coconut ice cream is quite popular, and today I had to make it again, along with the bati bati and the rum with raisins. This rum with raisins is a hit among my customers; they tell me it’s very good. This flavor, in particular, has gone through thousands of changes to get to where it is now, and I hope to keep improving it, just like all the flavors I have.
I want to make a call to the readers: what are you waiting for to start something? Don’t wait any longer. In the end, when you decide to embark on a venture, you start with what you have; you just need motivation. That’s why I’m here, writing my daily craziness to you. The life of an entrepreneur is a constant challenge. Sometimes, things don’t go as expected, but that’s part of the process. Every mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve. I have had to experiment with different flavors and combinations, and although I sometimes get frustrated, I know that every small improvement counts. Feedback from my customers is essential, and it motivates me to keep going.
It’s funny how, in the midst of chaos and routine, we find moments of satisfaction. Seeing my customers enjoy my ice creams is a reward that is priceless. Those moments remind me why I started this journey. Sometimes, life pushes us to do things we never imagined, and here I am, working on something I am passionate about.
The daily production of ice cream is intense, but it is also an art. Each flavor has its story, and each customer has their preference. Sometimes, I am surprised at how a simple ice cream can brighten someone’s day. That’s the magic of this business.
On the other hand, planning is crucial. I always have to be one step ahead, thinking about what new flavors I can introduce or how I can improve the presentation of my products. Creativity knows no bounds, and that’s what I love about this job.
So, friends, if you are thinking about starting something, I encourage you to do it. There is no perfect moment; you just have to jump in and learn along the way. ¡Hola a todos! Han pasado varios días sin escribir, pero es que el tiempo vuela. Estamos en Semana Santa y la vida va a mil por hora. Espero que podamos parar un poco el trabajo para distraernos, aunque parece que eso no va a suceder. Gracias a Dios, he estado vendiendo algunos paquetes de helados que me mantienen ocupado entre entregas y producción diaria. En lugar de disfrutar, estamos trabajando, pero para todo hay tiempo en esta vida. Ya llegará el momento de irnos de vacaciones.
También es importante tratar de reducir los gastos innecesarios. Últimamente hemos gastado mucho en cosas que al final no tienen sentido, ¡jajaja! Menos en el chocolate sabroso, eso es innegociable. Pero no cambiemos de tema. El helado de coco está gustando bastante, y hoy me tocó hacerlo de nuevo, junto con el bati bati y el ron con pasa. Este ron con pasa es un bombazo entre mis clientes; me dicen que es muy bueno. Este sabor, en particular, ha tenido miles de cambios hasta llegar a donde está ahora, y espero seguir mejorándolo, al igual que todos los sabores que tengo.
Quiero hacer un llamado a los lectores: ¿qué esperan para emprender en algo? No esperen más. Al final del camino, cuando se decidan a emprender, inician con lo que tienen; solo necesitan motivación. Por eso estoy aquí, escribiéndoles mis locuras diarias. Mi próximo post va a ser sobre lo que quería ser, lo que fui y lo que soy ahora. ¡No se lo pierdan!
La vida de emprendedor es un desafío constante. A veces, las cosas no salen como uno espera, pero eso es parte del proceso. Cada error es una oportunidad para aprender y mejorar. He tenido que experimentar con diferentes sabores y combinaciones, y aunque a veces me frustro, sé que cada pequeña mejora cuenta. La retroalimentación de mis clientes es fundamental, y me motiva a seguir adelante.
Es curioso cómo, en medio del caos y la rutina, encontramos momentos de satisfacción. Ver a mis clientes disfrutar de mis helados es un premio que no tiene precio. Esos momentos me recuerdan por qué empecé este camino. A veces, la vida nos empuja a hacer cosas que nunca imaginamos, y aquí estoy, trabajando en algo que me apasiona.
La producción diaria de helados es intensa, pero también es un arte. Cada sabor tiene su historia, y cada cliente tiene su preferencia. A veces, me sorprende cómo un simple helado puede alegrar el día de alguien. Esa es la magia de este negocio.
Por otro lado, la planificación es crucial. Siempre tengo que estar un paso adelante, pensando en qué nuevos sabores puedo introducir o cómo puedo mejorar la presentación de mis productos. La creatividad no tiene límites, y eso es lo que me encanta de este trabajo.
