How they do these things are beyond my understanding, but it's safe to not answer these calls. I keep blocking but yet it keeps coming from new numbers. In Oman from the local numbers we never receive such calls but we do get from some international numbers and that we can easily identify are scammers, but here in India that's not the case :-(
