I honestly get the same spam calls in Denmark x) I am on a list where Danish companies ain't allowed to call me with promotional stuff and they respect that (otherwise the get fined).
But I receive a lot of calls from Indian people with offers aswell and they dont respect the list, but they are also using spoofing, so it looks like Danish numbers :/
How they do these things are beyond my understanding, but it's safe to not answer these calls. I keep blocking but yet it keeps coming from new numbers. In Oman from the local numbers we never receive such calls but we do get from some international numbers and that we can easily identify are scammers, but here in India that's not the case :-(
I don't understand how either, I just know they can x)
I do also know that we have block spoof-emails with some Tech, so its weird we haven't done that to Number-Spoofing yet x) I did talk to my phone-company, not nothing couldn't really be done on my end x)
India is good at making scam calls :p
