Congratulations @galenkp on these 5 years.

What would you say are the three most important things to lead a happy,
meaningful and fulfilling life and why?

A Happy life is the concept handled in recent years, I do not remember in times of childhood and adolescence to talk about the subject of happiness or being happy as it is done in these times that are also my times because I live them.

I always say that complaining is one of the attitudes that attracts negativity to the environment and this is where to start, to understand that complaining does not lead us to anything positive. Over the years, I have adapted the concept of being happy to the different stages of my life, to each of the roles I have played, and I am still playing some of them..

Each human being finds his own concept of being happy, so it has its tones from person to person, according to their experiences, their stories, their thoughts and emotions. With the passing of the years is when more importance is given to it, there are several changes we make in our lives, children grow up, make their lives, couples separate and you have to restart or die, changes of cities and adaptations at every moment, financially stay active for some do not see it as important.

In my experience, health is one of the most important aspects to lead a happy and peaceful life, precisely because the person with age after 50 still has energy to continue creating, doing, having mobility, I consider the aspect of health first, not only physical, including also the emotional, mental, spiritual, feeling active, sharing at different times with other people, without the need to be friendships of always, creating new connections. New experiences.

I consider food as part of maintaining a quality health, however many in different ages never consider it, making small changes in it is wonderful, that is in a natural way, by conscience not because it is required by a doctor. Precisely because the body requires energy, increase muscle mass, stay functional.

Keeping active in financial productivity is part of having some peace of mind, not just staying with the biweekly allowance for being retired from a Ministry (Venezuela case). I add to this interpersonal relationships are necessary, belonging to groups to socialize, even if it is one hour a day or two days a week. Physical contact is necessary, person to person to continue living, useful.
