You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best days are over. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, so its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as pretty as the previous one, but you don't have to invest the time or money into repairs, so its price is much higher. What do you choose? Are you in the "fix it to my liking" group or the "buy everything ready and fast" group?
This week's question should bring up many thoughts for most ladies due to the different ages of the people who live in this community. They are at different stages, ages, and tastes; as I always say, each stage has its moment and its glory.
Buying one, in the best sense of the word, after having saved up the money for it is an opportunity for so many families looking for that housing security. It's necessary because it makes you feel safe. I started building 33 years ago. I didn't have the opportunity to save up enough to buy a house to move in, and it was a step-by-step process, choosing the space to build my home.

Many stumbles until I saw the shape. It continued to build as I saved up, allowing me to keep moving forward. Whatever was built was habitable. However, as the children grew, the idea of a smaller house crossed my mind, eventually an apartment, where the spaces are comfortable, without having so many material things. I've never been one for having a lot of things in my house, just the essentials.
My house is comfortable, even if it's just my husband and me. I call it a big apartment because everything is enclosed. There are spaces outside, but not too big. My mindset is always on a smaller, more comfortable house, and if it's move-in ready, even better. I'm not in the mood for remodeling anymore. I prefer to enjoy what I have, and if I buy a smaller one, I'd enjoy it however it is. The important thing is that it's comfortable, with pleasant spaces, some garden, but not too much. And if it's in a closed space with few houses, where we can ensure a quality of life for everyone who chooses to buy there, and keep the common spaces pleasing to the eye.
A small, move-in-ready house is my choice.

La pregunta de la semana debe traer muchos pensamientos en la mayoría de las damas por las diferentes edades de las personas que hacemos vida en esta comunidad, son diferentes etapas, edades,
gustos; como siempre digo cada etapa tiene su momento y su gloria.
Comprar una en el mejor sentido de la palabra después de haber reunido dinero para ello es una oportunidad para tantas familias que buscan tener esa seguridad de vivienda. Es necesario porque así se siente seguro. Comencé a construir hace 33 años, no tuve la oportunidad de reunir para comprar una casa ya para meterme y fue un paso a paso el espacio elegido para fundar mi casa.
Muchos tropiezos hasta que le vi forma de igual manera se fue construyendo en la medida que se iba reuniendo para seguir avanzando, lo que se hacía se dejaba habitable. Sin embargo, los hijos crecieron, la idea de una casa más pequeña cruzó por mi cabeza, hasta un apartamento, donde los espacios sean cómodos, sin tener tantos cosas materiales, nunca he sido de tener muchas cosas en mi casa, solo lo esencial.
Mi casa es cómoda, así estemos solo mi esposo y yo, lo llamo un apartamento grande, porque todo es cerradito, tiene espacios fuera de ella pero no tan grandes. Mi pensamiento siempre está ganado para una casa más pequeña y cómoda y si está lista para mudarse mejor, ya no estoy para hacer remodelaciones, prefiero disfrutar lo que tengo y en caso de comprar una más pequeña disfrutaría como esté , lo importante es que sea cómoda, agradable con sus espacios, algo de jardín pero no mucho, y si sería en un espacio cerrado con pocas casas, donde nos aseguremos de tener calidad de vida todos los que allí elijan comprar, mantener los espacios comunes agradables a la vista.
Una casa pequeña lista para mudarme es mi elección.
