I have this evening and #aliveandthriving post, from my trip out to one of the old Exxon Jetty's!
I first was taking a trip over to the grocery store,
And then realized two things, it was getting late and I had not gotten anything together for a post this evening, so....
I thought for a moment and took a drive over to the Jetty. It was pretty close so I could still get in some Sun - and I don't post from there often.
Here is the truck parked on the access road,
After I took this photo I turned around and saw these three Ibis,
I walked over to get a little closer photo,
Here they grouped together,
They did not move a lot more so I looked around. This is a photo from the Jetty back towards the road,
And to the South down the Shoreline,
And to the North,
This is a look out along the Jetty which makes a sort of "T and L" shape,
And there is a few people out there,
So I turned back towards the Shoreline,
And, along the Shoreline I also saw this group of Seagulls with an Ibis,
And this Seagull alone,
This is on the edge of a Tidal Pool that formed,
I walked around a bit more and then noticed the Sun was going down so I headed home.
And that was it for my #aliveandthriving Sunday!
