I enjoy gardening with the small plot I have. It is not a necessity yet but I might one day depend upon it. And I remember that post of yours. You are so blessed with having much more space than I have, and a wonderful climate for a wide variety of foods. Gardening is an important skill to fall back on, and does require a constant routine to be successful.
