During my lifetime, I've overheard numerous conversations that weren't meant for me to hear and know. This is my version of the prompt "eavesdrop". Sometimes individuals attempt to listen to other people's conversations purposefully to gain information they feel is critical. Other times, people listen on accident. Whichever way the new information is gained, The information can be helpful or harmful. I feel that it's how the who eavesdrop on other people's conversations uses the knowledge that's the key. This week's ZAPFIC Monday challenge presented the opportunity to listen to someone else's conversation. Let's see what I do with the information I overheard.

My story is below:
At the start of Trail B, four brave souls stood admiring the unknown.
Tall granite statues staring with monstrous eyes sent chills through me.
As two guides muttered, caution kicked in.
I eased closer to eavesdrop.
Hiking gear ejected, I left.

A lo largo de mi vida, he escuchado por casualidad numerosas conversaciones que no estaban destinadas a que yo las oyera ni las supiera. Esta es mi versión del tema «escuchar a escondidas». A veces, las personas intentan escuchar las conversaciones ajenas a propósito para obtener información que consideran crucial. Otras veces, la gente escucha por accidente. Sea cual sea la forma en que se obtenga la nueva información, esta puede resultar útil o perjudicial. Creo que la clave está en cómo quien escucha a escondidas las conversaciones de los demás utiliza ese conocimiento.
