"jute 🌿 leaf, called ewedu in Yoruba's planting Season Begins: How the Rains Brought Life Back to Our Farm"

HELLO HIVE

A month of consistent rainfall can go a lot in changing how a farm that was looking so dry will turn into the home of some of the fresh vegetables and fruits that you can see around, irrigation is good but the water supply has to be from a consistent source and that was the challenge that we had during the dry period starting from the end of last year to the beginning part of the year.

Buying fresh and healthy vegetables became a problem because of the Scarcity that occurred as a result of rivers not lasting past a year to support irrigation farming.

The major sources of water in this part when it entails irrigation farming are the rivers that have stayed flowing year on year out even if there was a drastic drop in its level.

This year took a different turn and we had to just take a step back for that moment until it was raining again, I felt bad since I had to struggle with marketers to buy vegetables that are usually not fresh or healthy by the look of how their leaf is and the kind of water that is used to wash this vegetable once it was harvested, but then there was no way I could do without vegetables in some meals knowing how healthy it is.

The first rain has me singing this song lord I thank 🙏 you for sunshine and I thank you for rain cause this rain will save me from a lot of things that I was eating replacing them with fresh vegetables.

Eat something fresh and see how far it will help your body system 😁, take this advice.

Thank you for visiting my blog
