RE: In the Name of Integrity - ZAPFIC50 MONDAY (Week of 5/5/25) | Prompt: champion (campeona)

A deceitful and dangerous lifestyle.
They come out pretentious and holy, but totally different on the inside and evil at home.

Sort:

I have found that to be the case with numerous politicians. A few years ago, I voted for a local politician who now has been accused of rigging his election in his favor by eliciting pity. He had a worker in his office post fake racists texts online against him. Pitiful. Now he refuses to give up his position. Power corrupts, and even the hint of a little power, entices one to shed off their integrity. All we can do now is attempt to unseat him.

Thanks so much for your visit and thoughts on my story. I appreciate it. Take care.

Politicians with their dirty games.
It's sad.
And they think that's the only way to rule.

You are welcome.
I enjoyed reading this.
It made me remember the discussion I had with my landlord this morning as well.

It's happening everyday all around us, and we're unaware until they're exposed. But not often.
