Teamwork is very important in the community

Hello hiveleaeners community and followers, how are you doing today? I have gone read some articles this evening; I began to identify my challenges in hivelearner community.
Those articles were educating, motivating and inspired.
I have said it in my previous post in hivelearner community; the major reasons for this #hl100week.

The first thing I learned is teamwork/ supporting each other: it may seem unreasonable to you because we are not gathering in one physical environment. Teamwork in the sense of supporting other content writers by commenting, voting and reading.
This is how it happened, you read my content and comment, I also read your content and comment. Doing this is teamwork for me.
This strategy is supporting others in the community through comment, voting and reading.

In my office, this has helped me to develop how to get along with everyone in the office and carry out projects together.

My achievement
Honestly, I have achieved from blockchain. I learned how to do online transactions, trading, writing, play2earn and more.
The first time I started a blog, my intention was to get a better place to earn money so that I can support my life. On the process,
I was happy that coming to hive was divine for me, I learned trading which helps me to make money in binance and the rest. I became someone that some of my colleagues were begging me to help them trade. I was looking at myself as a novice, and afraid of losing someone money.
My boss gave me money to trade; he said “you can do it Chris”.
I was afraid to trade because I knew I could lose the money but he told me if I lose the money, no problem.
I was reading different blogs from different writers about trading; and learning more about trading.
After a week, I got 50% of the money he gave to me as a profit. That was how he told me, “you can do it, i knew you were scared of losing someone money”.
That was how he gave more of the money to trade with, and my friend in the office.

My mistake
I lack commitment: I stopped writing weekly featured contents for more than six months. I didn't even write one which is not supposed to be. This is one of the biggest mistakes I made.
When I started, #lazy-panda was upvoting all my articles; In fact, he gave me $4 per upvotes at times. Recently when I came back, I was not upvoting, and I thought it was my lack of commitment.
This is the reason commitment is very important. You can be committed and not explore. If you look at people that are exploring in hive. The are people that are dedicated and committed to their jobs. Some got new job via their commitments.

My Advise
Anywhere you finds yourself, be committed to the assignment given to you, support your team with your whole heart, never allow your team to be down, do your work as if you is your own, ready for your team at any time.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness. Success comes to the people who are desperately and consciously searching for it. When it seems unsuccessful or you smell failure around you, never discourage yourself from being successful.
“Discouragement and failure are the two surest stepping stones to success.” - Dale

Well said.
This community is like a classroom where we learn from the responses of other users. If you keep to yourself, you won't gain more. I wish that the days ahead will be profitable to us all.

You are 100% right.... Community is a place of learning and interaction
