How has overthinking worked well for you (if ever) and has it ever worked very badly? How have you dealt with the anxiety it brings you and have you set any plans in motion to try and rectify your tendency to overthink?

At certain times it has worked for me but it got to a point where it was too much and instead of being something positive it became an anxiety problem, which I have improved significantly by doing retro inspection, psychotherapy and guided meditation.
