You have the ability to change one thing in your life about how you think, your attitude or your actions, which is it and why and how does it improve your life?

We are changeable beings, since time immemorial we have adapted to any situation. If I had to think of something I could change to improve my life it would be my way of thinking. I tell you why
I consider myself a person who overthinks things and although sometimes it is not bad to do so because it gives me time to analyze the situation very well, it is often a double-edged sword, because my mind creates multiple scenarios that end up creating a state of anxiety in me and although before I saw it as normal, it is not.


The power of our mind is greater than we imagine, it is even capable of altering our organism easily. That is why improving this aspect would be a great point in my favor. I would be able to think calmly without creating fictitious situations and this in turn would lead me to make good decisions and get out of my comfort zone, something that I know can be a bit complicated for some, including myself.
As a doctor it is essential to think and act quickly in an emergency and although it sounds illogical when it comes to the workplace it is easier to quickly order my thoughts.


For me it is a pleasure to connect with these weekend topics and participate in each installment.
