Hello beautiful ladies of Hive, for this week contest #213, this is my entry. What are your go-to habits for staying healthy despite a busy schedule?
Health they say is wealth indeed which brings about mental peace and rest. Personally as a person used to eating junks and late night food, I once find it difficult putting up with a healthy lifestyle, not until I visited the hospital and was given medical advice by the doctor. It wasn't easy but because it concerns my health and peace I have to do away with a lot of things and start a good practice.
Despite my busy schedule, one of which I must practice is staying hydrated. The first thing I do when am up is to take a glass of water which help me to start the day well also at intervals I ensure to drink water too.
Aside drinking water, I made sure to stop eating late night food because it is something I love a lot. I was beginning to add so much weight which I had to stop before it gets out of hand and I have indeed seen great results. Balancing my diet and regular exercise is not left out in my healthy living also.
