El otro día recibí una inesperada invitación de mis padres para comer carne asada, resulta que mi hermana estaba de visita y ellos decidieron preparar una parrilla prácticamente me avisaron cuando ya estaban cocinando así que cuando llegué la comida estaba casi lista.
The other day I received an unexpected invitation from my parents to eat roast beef, it turns out that my sister was visiting and they decided to prepare a grill, they practically told me when they were already cooking so when I arrived the food was almost ready.
En casa de mis padres almuerzan realmente temprano por lo que básicamente llegué a almorzar, después de eso pasé la tarde con mi familia, hablando un rato, tomando algunas cervezas y disfrutando de un buen y tranquilo domingo. Fue una gran manera de terminar el fin de semana.
At my parents' house they have lunch really early so I basically came for lunch, after that I spent the afternoon with my family, talking for a while, drinking some beers and enjoying a nice, quiet Sunday. It was a great way to end the weekend.
