Siempre digo que amo que nos dejen ser parte de sus días especiales y sacar sonrisas y buenos momentos con nuestras tortas. En esta ocasión hicimos una mini cake para celebrar un cumpleaños. Y les cuento mis clientes son especialistas en dejar todo para última hora y yo que no se decir que no.
Happy night friends of Be entrepreneur tonight I want to share a little of what makes me happiest in my entrepreneurship and that is seeing happy clients. I always say that I love that they let us be part of their special days and bring smiles and good times with our cakes. On this occasion we made a mini cake to celebrate a birthday. And I tell you my clients are specialists in leaving everything for the last minute and I don't know how to say no.
En esta oportunidad fue una pequeña torta que ofrezco para aproximadamente 10 personas. Me encantó que en esta oportunidad me dejaron la decoración a mi gusto, solo me dijeron que era para una señora así que decidí irme por una decoración vintage. Era una torta de vainilla decorada con merengue italiano. Antes de entregar la torta tomé algunas fotos para subir a mi página de Instagram.
This time it was a small cake that I offer for approximately 10 people. I loved that this time they let me decorate it as I wish, they just told me it was for a lady so I decided to go for a vintage decoration. It was a vanilla cake decorated with Italian meringue. Before delivering the cake I took some photos to upload to my Instagram page.
Luego la clienta que era mi prima me envió está foto. Y muchas veces por eso le decimos a los clientes que no podemos hacer tortas exactas a las imágenes que nos envían pues vean la diferencia entre las fotos que yo tome y la que me envió mi prima, ya que ella la tomo con mucha luz solar y tal vez uso algún filtro. Así que todo esto juega en cambiar los colores y todo y por eso siempre le explicamos esto a los clientes.
Then the client who was my cousin sent me this photo. And many times that's why we tell clients that we can't make cakes exactly like the images they send us because look at the difference between the photos I took and the one my cousin sent me, since she took it with a lot of sunlight and maybe used a filter. So all this comes into play in changing the colors and everything and that's why we always explain this to clients.
Luego le pregunte que había dicho la cumpleañera ya que esa torta era una sorpresa de cumpleaños. Estuvo encantada, le pareció hermosa y hasta lloro por este regalo. Y además estaba deliciosa. Por eso digo que amo mi trabajo y ser parte de estos días y regalar amor en cada una de mis tortas.
Then I asked her what the birthday girl had said, since that cake was a birthday surprise. She was delighted, she thought it was beautiful and she even cried for this gift. And it was also delicious. That's why I say that I love my job and being part of these days and giving love in each of my cakes.
