It's here, it's here. Another Hive Power-Up Day (HPUD) is here!

What is Hive Power-Up Day? Well, Hive-Power Up Day (HPID) is when we all power-up some hive. Pretty simple, eh? We can of course power up on any day of the month; HPUD is just here for an added social push.

Hive Power Up Day uses UTC time, so it started about an hour and a half ago as of this posting. To check what these times are in your local time zone, this is my favorite time zone conversion site, but you can also go to the Hivebuzz page, login, and they will show you a countdown clock.

I powered-up 200.

Another low one, but well, hmm... let's see. This month again I have been powering up at least 10 HIVE everyday (making me eligible for Hive Power-Up Month—HPUM). Taking that into account, I've actually powered up 500, if I may be allowed to add in all those smaller power-ups to this one. That's still half of what I'd like to be powering up, but it's a little better. It puts my Hive Power (HP) at 26,501.890. Getting higher!

So where does this put me on the quest for 35k? Well, I'm now 8498.11 away from that goal, which comes to around 34.7 needed per day to reach 35k by the end of the year, or 1040.6 per month needed. I think I might barely be touching that sometimes, which is exciting.

With BTC breaking under 60k as I write this, we may be having that correction we all knew was coming. The 120d average is around 50k, isn't it? I suppose we could correct down to that level. Let's hope this is the last correction before we go crazy, swinging into the full bull market. If that happens, hopefully I can secure some of my gains into the Hive ecosystem—probably into HBD to then be moved into HP after the market calms down, but if all goes to plan then my Hive Power might explode upward before the end of the year. And in the meantime, if HIVE also drops back down to a quarter, I may start buying a lot more with outside money.
