Pain can evoke strong emotional reactions, such as fear, anger, frustration, or sadness. For the past 2 months I'm learning how to handle pain you ask how? Get more pain (Get comfortable being uncomfortable). This could be physical (going to the gym) or mental. If your brain get used to it, now you are ready to face the reality.
Easy mode example someone said I HATE YOU!. Too easy.
Hard mode example is losing a job. Hard at first but you will move on.
Let's now move on crypto here is an example of pain.

I started putting more HP to my account.
