I THINK SOUND HEALTH IS UNDERRATED

I think we all value sound health so much when we are ill and can barely move around, you’ll crave to be well again so bad because being ill is never a fun experience. I don’t know how I did it, but I never fell sick throughout last year. I did suffer from indigestion a few times, but I know that wasn’t because my immune system was weak. It usually take a while (than normal) before the food I consume gets digested, I probably need to have that checked soon.

Earlier this morning, I woke up with a really bad tummy ache and I couldn't even explain the way I was feeling. Before I knew it, I started throwing up so much and my stomach was hurting so bad as well. I had to drink water so I can get my bowel emptied. I did that a few times, but I was still feeling pain in my tummy. I had no apppetite and I just wanted to sleep, I couldn't do the things I plaaned on doing today because I was too weak to do so. I could give anything to be perfectly fine at that moment, I just wanted the pain to dissapear.

It was recommended for me to take a medication used for fast relief from heart burn, gas, hyperacidity and indigestion. To add, it was adviced that I should take a lot of water, and this is exactly what this post is about. After I took the medication and also plenty of water, my tummy ache relieved me and I felt better gradually. I cannot say that the benefit of drinking water isn't told all over the internet, but I think some people still do not realize how important this is.

This is one health tip that everyone actually ought to take serious. Some take water only when they are thirsty, and this shouldn't be so. I think there is a recommended amount of water that medical practitioners advise us to take in a day. My mom always tell us to take water first thing in the morning before you consume anything else. This can help your body release waste products with ease and make you feel super great. Apart from mornings, water helps to regulate body temperature, enhance better and faster digestion, protect your tissues and organs, helps to maintain good kidney health, release toxins, and so on. The list is actually endless, so please...DRINK WATER

The repercussions of not drinking enough water is very detrimental to the health. Not drinking enough water can cause constipation, kidney issues like kidney stone, uninary tract issues and a lot more. Water is so easy to get and doesn't cost much, but all these issues can be so costly to cure or maintain. So, it is better to drink water and be healthy than to not, and face any of the issues I mentioned above. I think this validates the fact that health is wealth. If you stay healthy, you get to use your money on other things than wasting it in hospitals for something you could have prevented.

Soft reminder, drink water before you sleep...

Thanks for reading❤️

I always forget to drink water, I can stay all day without drinking water I wouldn't even remember, so whenever I have the chance, I atleast try to drink enough to carry me for sometime .

Water helps flush the system too, I think its one of nature's gift that is underrated .

Oh, please try to remember to drink water from time to time.

That last line is so true sis!

Yeah I will

I think it is harder to remember to drink water in colder climates. If you don't have that habit, you can easily go for hours without drinking it. I think it's important, regardless of whether we're drinking hot beverages during the day. Good reminder. Regards @creativepearl

You could result to drinking warm water instead. It is usually cold in the morning here and it gets hard to drink water because you won't feel like it, but warm water does the magic always.

Love that soft reminder at the end... That means it would be a lot better for me if I should take water before I start the day and before I close the day.

I've been doing it before now but not consistently, I think a lot of things in life needs our consistency on it to work for our good.

Thanks for these tips, and I'm glad the stomach ache has relieved you.

I totally agree with you that consistency is needed. Truth is, we can easily get distracted with other things but if we make it an habit, it will become a part of us.

Thank you so much, I feel even much better today.

That's just it
Good to know, you're welcome
