I Found a New Park (8pics)

This is a post to go with #WednesdayWalk challenge by @tattoodjay.

On September 21, the company I work for moved to a new location, a new office almost in the city center. There are a lot of positive things about this. For example, I discovered an interesting park. It is completely invisible from the streets because it is located in an old ravine. I was surprised because I didn't know that he had changed so much.
2 weeks ago, the water was removed from the pond and prepared for wintering.
I now walk in this park in the mornings before the start of the working day, but only if it doesn't rain.

Where does the pond water come from? It probably appears from the open mouth of this head and fills the entire reservoir. Why didn't the park organizers beat the entire pond and the side wall of the ravine in the same style? Strange. It would probably look very interesting.

What is the main color in this park? At the moment it is yellow. These are not only autumn leaves and larch needles, but also yellow tiles on the footpath. This yellow one looks like large fallen leaves. By the way, the weather forecast shows that from November 1, the air temperature will go below zero and there will be precipitation in the form of snow. This means that the park will turn white. We will not be able to avoid winter, it always comes and usually it happens in the first days of November.

It's nice to walk through this park and the surrounding streets in the morning before the start of the working day. People are walking along the streets and rushing to work, but in the park people are leisurely walking with dogs. And this is an amazing contrast. You walk down the street in the rhythm of the crowd, but you take 10 steps to the side and realize that you have fallen into silence. The sound of passing cars is almost inaudible, even though the road passes nearby. Apparently, the sound goes above the park and does not fall here.

I wonder if by the end of winter the snow will fill all this capacity or not? In September, ducks swam here and children fed them bread. People like to feed birds with bread, they don't want to understand that it is harmful to birds. Where are the ducks now? Who said they flew to warmer climes? No, these ducks had already forgotten the way there or didn't even know it.

My walking time is over, I have to go to the office.

The ducks were found. They walk down the street next to fast food and bakeries and ask for food together with pigeons.

Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.
