@olgavita, How's it going? Did I hear that you lost me? And I'm right here. I walk through the streets of our city after the rain to catch reflections for you.
In fact, I left the office to go to the post office to pick up my order from the Online store. Another wave of rain passed before I went outside. When will they stop? The earth had already stopped accepting water; even in spring, there were no such puddles in this place. This is one of the city's central streets.
And on the roads themselves, on the asphalt, whole rivers run; in some places, it is difficult to cross the road without getting your feet wet. There is practically no drainage system along the road in the city, so after heavy rains, large bodies of water can form in low-lying areas, which some cars with low ground clearance cannot even cross.
Sometimes it seems to me that life has stopped in our city. Friends, do you see the billboard ahead? There are posters advertising upcoming concerts on it. But, attention... The date on the posters is February-March, and now June is already ending. What's going on? Why such carelessness?
The puddle is located next to the bus stop. Even in spring, when the snow melts intensively, I have not seen such a sea in this place. Over the past few years, the ground has not frozen much in winter, and all the water goes into the soil when the snow melts. This June turned out to be very wet. Last week, a month's worth of rainfall fell overnight. The rain that stopped today started on Saturday evening.
We don't need rain anymore! It's time to sew up a hole in the sky so that it stops raining. We need warm weather; last week, the temperature dropped to +9 degrees at night, and during the day, it was no more than +15. Is it summer or is it still spring? Or is it already autumn?
