The first semester exams was fast approaching. Jane felt she hasn't read enough and this unprepared for the exam. She needs to improve on her results otherwise she will be asked to drop out of the medical college. It is not as if she is not intelligent but the problem appears to be that she reads amiss.
One evening Jane dressed up and went to the room of her bossom friend Anita to seek further guidance on how to go about the forthcoming exam. That will be her last chance of survival.
On getting to the room of Anita, jane saw her reading too. Both friends exchanged pleasantries and Jane gradually narrated to Anita her experiences in the past exams and her present fears towards the forthcoming exam.
Anita listened with rapt attention. And after her friend was done she told her not to worry that she will make it this time around. Anita now gave her an insight of how to ready for an exam. You need to cover the syllabus and there are areas the examiners will always ask during exams. That is where past questions and answers come in. You need to consult past examination papers of a minimum of three years. From there you'll get to know the areas the examiners consider most important.
Jane was grateful to Anita for this great important knowledge gained. She became reassured that she will not smash the exam this time around. Her fears became subsided and she went home feeling much happy and relieved.
