One of my main aims on hive is to grow on the platform. Like every other thing in life, growing on hive is not something that just happens. It takes intentionality and strategy.
One of my goals on hive is to improve my content everyday. I try to be better. It's one of the best ways to grow on this platform. I strive to be at least one percent better each day. Over time, I've learnt what works and what doesn't work on hive and that has guided me in what I did going forward. I learnt and made my content better.
I try to express my thoughts clearly. I ensure that my writing is captivating and without errors. So far, this has added to my growth.
My next growth strategy is boosting my HP. I think your HP is more like your proof of growth on hive. In order to achieve this, I post consistently. The more I post, the more the rewards come, and my hp grows. Posting consistently is another strategy in itself. When you post consistently, people start to notice you. They became familiar with your presence and pick interest in reading your content.
Sometimes, I grow my hp by powering up hive. It shows that I am thinking long term.
I try to grow with how I engage with others. People read my post and engage. I read the posts of others and engage as well. This is how friendships form, and that's one of the good things about hive. It's not just about what you earn, it's about the friendships you make. There are amazing people on hive and it's always cool to connect and engage with them.
There are a lot of communities on hive that interest me and it's always nice meeting people of like minds in those communities. I get to read their posts and interact with them. It's fun.
I think the best way to grow on hive is just to enjoy yourself on the platform and be intentional about your growth. The rewards and connections you make come as a side effect.
Ultimately, I believe there are no downsides to prioritizing your growth on hive.
