After a long time of considerations, calculations, and deliberations, I have made a decision that I would like to share with you today. This decision has many implications.
Nach langer Zeit der Überlegungen, Kalkulationen und Abwägungen habe ich eine Entscheidung getroffen, welche ich euch hiermit mitteilen möchte. Diese Entscheidung ist vielfältig in ihren Auswirkungen.
Foreword:
I am willing to make this decision because I have always promised the community to do what is best. And in the short and medium term, but also for the long-term well-being of all, this decision is the best I can make. For you.
Personally, this decision will probably hit me hard in the short term, but I have to accept that. CryptoCompany was never primarily about me, but about the well-being and benefit of the community and its stakeholders.
In this article, I will keep the focus on CryptoCompany and its benefits, and only address personal aspects where they are relevant for CryptoCompany or its members.

Ich bin willens, diese Entscheidung zu tätigen, da ich der Gemeinschaft immer versprochen habe, das Beste zu tun. Und kurz- und mittelfristig, aber auch für das langfristige Wohl aller, ist meine Entscheidung das Beste, was ich tun kann. Für euch.
Mich persönlich wird diese Entscheidung kurzfristig wahrscheinlich hart treffen, aber das muss ich akzeptieren. Bei CryptoCompany ging es primär nie um mich, sondern um das Wohl und den Nutzen für die Gemeinschaft und die Teilhaber.
In diesem Artikel werde ich die Betrachtung bei CryptoCompany und den Nutzen belassen und persönliche Aspekte nur dort ansprechen, wo sie auch für CryptoCompany bzw. die Mitglieder relevant sind.
I will discontinue Delegation Dynasty in its current form for the time being
Why?
I am doing this to reduce CCD emissions. Emissions have been too high for quite some time, and the token sinks too small. At the same time, the pressure on me as project manager increases day by day, as the available CCD supply continues to grow and the current token sink offerings by CryptoCompany are not sufficient to consume this amount.
The deal "You get CCD for your HP delegation" is a leap of faith. This leap of faith keeps getting bigger. To prevent it from overwhelming me, I must take this step.
Instead of increasing this leap of faith day by day, I can do something good for all trust-givers with this measure: let the value of CCD rise.

Warum?
Dies tue ich, um den CCD-Ausstoß zu reduzieren. Der Ausstoß ist seit längerer Zeit zu hoch und die Token-Sinks zu klein. Gleichzeitig wächst der Druck auf mich als Projektmanager Tag für Tag, da die verfügbare CCD-Menge stetig ansteigt und die aktuellen Angebote an Token-Sinks von CryptoCompany nicht ausreichen, diese Menge zu konsumieren.
Der Deal "Du bekommst CCD für deine HP-Delegation" ist ein Vertrauensvorschuss. Dieser Vorschuss wird immer größer. Damit mich dieser nicht überwältigt, muss ich diesen Schritt gehen.
Statt den Vertrauensvorschuss Tag für Tag zu erhöhen, kann ich mit dieser Maßnahme allen Vertrauensgebern etwas Gutes tun: den Wert des CCD steigen lassen.
What will happen as a result?
The impacts are many. Let’s start with the positive ones.
CCD will increase in value, as with the shutdown of Delegation Dynasty there will be greater CCD consumption than issuance.
It will still be possible to obtain CCD, for example through occasional giveaways – but effectively the new issuance will be at 0. No new CCD will be minted for the foreseeable future. And I will maintain this for now.
Now let’s come to the “negative” impacts:
It is to be expected that I will lose a large part of the HP delegations as a result.
Since HP delegations and curation rewards contribute a large portion to financing my work and maintaining CryptoCompany, the loss of this income source will mean that, if HP delegations are withdrawn, I will no longer be a full-time Hivian. This will not be easy for me – but that is not the focus of this article.

Die Auswirkungen sind vielfältig. Beginnen wir mit den Guten.
Der CCD wird im Wert steigen, da mit der Abschaltung von Delegation Dynasty es einen größeren CCD-Konsum geben wird, als die Ausgabe beträgt.
Man kann noch CCD erhalten. Beispielsweise über vereinzelte Gewinnspiele – aber praktisch ist die Neuausgabe damit bei 0. Es werden bis auf Weiteres keine neuen CCD mehr gemintet. Und dies werde ich erst einmal beibehalten.
Kommen wir zu den "schlechten" Auswirkungen:
Es ist davon auszugehen, dass ich damit einen Großteil an HP-Delegationen verlieren werde.
Da die HP-Delegationen bzw. die Kurations-Rewards einen Großteil zur Finanzierung meiner Arbeitskraft und zum Unterhalt von CryptoCompany beitragen, wird der Wegfall dieser Einkommensquelle dazu führen, sofern HP-Delegationen zurückgezogen werden, dass ich kein Full-Time-Hivian mehr sein werde. Dies wird nicht leicht für mich werden – aber darum geht es in diesem Artikel nicht.
Your previous HP delegation:
The deal was: you delegate HP and receive CCD in return. This is no longer the case.
Although I see the negative consequences for myself, you are completely free to withdraw your HP. Even if you do, I am happy for you that your already existing CCD will increase in value. And no matter what, you have my gratitude for your past support.
Of course, you can also keep your delegation if supporting CryptoCompany is more important to you than receiving new CCD. For that too, you have my thanks – even more so. I will continue to monitor delegation amounts, and you can be sure that I will continue to acknowledge supporters. Now even more strongly.

Der Deal war: du delegierst HP und erhältst im Gegenzug CCD. Dies ist damit nicht länger der Inhalt.
Obwohl ich die negativen Auswirkungen für mich sehe, kannst du dich vollkommen frei fühlen, deine HP zurückzuziehen. Auch wenn du das tust, freue ich mich für dich, dass deine bereits vorhandenen CCD im Wert steigen werden. Und egal wie, du hast meine Dankbarkeit für deine bisherige Unterstützung.
Du kannst deine Delegation natürlich auch bestehen lassen, wenn dir die Unterstützung von CryptoCompany wichtiger ist als der Erhalt neuer CCD. Auch dafür bekommst du meinen Dank – sogar noch mehr. Ich werde weiterhin die Delegationsmengen überwachen und du kannst dir sicher sein, dass ich Unterstützer weiterhin wahrnehmen werde. Jetzt sogar noch verstärkt.
My activities going forward:
No matter what: whether I will in the future have to take on another job outside the blockchain, or whether I can continue to afford to work here full-time thanks to the support of the CryptoCompany community – the work on CryptoCompany will continue in the scope that is available to me.
Either way, further steps lie ahead – for example increasing CCD token sinks. Ultimately, the goal is not only to reduce CCD issuance, but also to increase CCD consumption.
Meine nun folgenden Tätigkeiten:
Egal wie: egal ob ich zukünftig einen weiteren Job außerhalb der Blockchain annehmen muss oder es mir durch die Unterstützung der CryptoCompany-Gemeinschaft weiterhin leisten kann, hier in Vollzeit zu arbeiten – die Arbeit an CryptoCompany wird in dem zeitlichen Ausmaß weitergehen, welches mir zur Verfügung steht.
Egal wie, stehen weitere Schritte an – beispielsweise die Erhöhung der CCD-Token-Sinks. Letztlich ist das Ziel nicht nur die Reduzierung der CCD-Ausgabe, sondern auch die Erhöhung des CCD-Verbrauchs.

Over the last 3.5 years, I have given everything possible for CryptoCompany. Be it my savings or my health. I will not let that be in vain. On the contrary: this step is intended to improve CryptoCompany and the CCD economy and prepare it for the future.
I owe this to you as a supporter and stakeholder of CryptoCompany. The step presented here will support this.

Ich habe in den letzten 3,5 Jahren alles Mögliche für CryptoCompany gegeben. Seien es meine Ersparnisse oder meine Gesundheit. Dies werde ich nicht hinfällig machen. Im Gegenteil: Dieser Schritt dient dazu, CryptoCompany bzw. die CCD-Ökonomie zu verbessern und für die weitere Zukunft zu wappnen.
Dies schulde ich dir als Unterstützer und Teilhaber von CryptoCompany. Der hier präsentierte Schritt wird dies unterstützen.
My advice to you:
I do not want to ask you to keep your HP delegations. That would be good for enabling my work for CryptoCompany and thus for CryptoCompany itself and its impacts – and ultimately also for you. But again: feel free.
If you now decide to cancel your HP delegation, I would advise you not to sell your CCD immediately. Because then you would miss out on the foreseeable price increase of the CCD token. This note is not marketing, but well-meant advice.
If this article were focused on marketing, it would certainly look different, wouldn’t it? This advice arises from the fact that I want to give you, as a trust-giver, the best possible outcome.

Ich möchte dich nicht bitten, die HP-Delegationen beizubehalten. Dies wäre gut für die Ermöglichung meiner Arbeitskraft für CryptoCompany und damit für CryptoCompany und dessen Auswirkungen – und damit am Ende auch für dich. Aber nochmals: fühl dich frei.
Wenn du deine HP-Delegation nun abbrichst, würde ich dir empfehlen, deine CCD jetzt nicht sofort zu verkaufen. Denn damit würdest du die absehbare Preissteigerung des CCD-Token nicht mitnehmen. Dieser Hinweis ist kein Marketing, sondern ein gut gemeinter Hinweis.
