Today I am back in the Music community, to participate in a new Tuesday of Three Tune Tuesday, (which is already in its 88th week), the musical initiative created by my friend @ablaze, which allows us to to all of us who love music, to participate in this beautiful world songbook that has been created thanks to this initiative.

Today I will share with you another CD from a legendary rock group in South America, “Los Enanitos Verdes”, who emerged at the end of the 70s, in Argentina, and continued making music for many years, until last September 2022, after a tour, their vocalist, Marciano Cantero, passed away, so they offered us very good music for more than 4 decades.

I remember that when I found out about Marciano's death, I wanted to review this album, but I refrained, because I think it would have been repetitive back then, but now, several months after his death, I think it is appropriate to bring this compact ; an album that, by the way, is from 2003, and which is a compilation of 20 of his best songs, and is called “Músicos, Poetas y Locos”, and this compact was also a gift, so there will be no Modern Archeology exercise today either.

As you can see, this album was released in Colombia, by EMI Music Colombia, and compiles songs from the band's discography, corresponding to the years 1992, 1994, 1996 and 1997, a period of time during which “Los Enanitos Verdes” created great music. It's a simple CD, it doesn't have a songbook, and what does attract attention is the enormous ear that appears on the cover and also embodied on the surface of the compact.

Ahora vamos con mis canciones / Now let's go with my songs
Today I start my trilogy with the beautiful and fresh song “Just like yesterday (I need your love)” , the sixth track of this CD, which is characterized by an excellent drummer and some beautiful guitar solos, so without a doubt many people liked this song, like it and continue to like it, as is my case. This song is from 1992, from a self-titled album. I must point out that doing a retrospective of my life, although at the time this song came out, I thought that love was a necessity and that you had to ask for it; I currently think that yes, it is something essential in existence, but that due to our own growth and maturity, we can achieve that longed-for love without the need to beg for it, it simply comes gently into your life and makes you happy. Here I share the official video and also part of its lyrics. If you wish, you can go to the end of this post, where I leave a link where you can consult the lyrics of this song and the other ones that I share today.

I continue with the beautiful song of spite, hahaha, how nonsense! But hey, pain can create wonderful things such as the two songs that I have already shared. And this song talks about precisely this, from the day after the moment of separation. What I liked about this song at the time was its lyrics, and the wonderful sound of the guitar, the bass and the drums, and of course, the warm voice of Marciano, who with it always gave his particular stamp to the song. band. This video that I brought you today is from a live performance, and they sounded as great live as they were studio, which tells us about the quality of this group. Here I leave a little piece of the letter too.

To culminate my #ttt today, I share with you the beautiful ballad “El día es claro”, which, in addition to great lyrics, has a beautiful melody, especially the intro is very nice; and as always, the guitar, bass and drums sound great and very particular, with the sound of “Los Enanitos Verdes”. I think it's an upbeat song, in which our desire to be loved and to love is approached through a perspective of hope and faith. I also leave you a piece of the lyrics, as well as the official video of it. Enjoy this beauty!

Este ha sido mi aporte para esta genial iniciativa del amigo @ablaze en su edición número 88, a manera de homenaje a una gran banda argentina de rock, que hizo música estupenda por un largo tiempo, como fue “Los Enanitos Verdes”
This has been my contribution to this great initiative of my friend @ablaze in its 88th edition, as a tribute to a great Argentine rock band that made great music for a long time, such as “Los Enanitos Verdes”.
