Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today the weather was rainy and cool so I couldn't walk much but I still managed to get over 6K, I walked for about 40 minutes but I went back home so as not to get too wet.
It's been 49 days since I quit smoking and I feel better and healthier every day, life without cigarettes is truly a wonderful life. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit.
